DESCRIPTION:
    Downriggers Restaurant features the best of the Pacific Northwest with its fresh seafood and juicy steaks. The restaurant has a panoramic view of Port Angeles Harbor and the Straight of Juan de Fuca. 
  Lunch entrees include a wide variety of delicious salads and starters as well as sandwiches like the French dip, the Cajun chicken burger and the Downrigger burger. 
  Lunch entrees include fish and chips, Downriggers chicken pot pie, prime rib stroganoff and fettucine Alfredo. The dinner entrees are complemented with Downriggers corn bread and garlic bread. 
  Downriggers' famous clam chowder won the 1992 and 1993 Pacific Northwest Clam Chowder Cookoff.
  The restaurant, which opened in 1990, seats 180.

  C'est Si Bon has been lauded by Pacific Northwest Magazine as a restaurant where "full as you are at meal's end, you feel like leaping up and applauding." 
  Owners Norbert and Michelle Juhasz use the freshest ingredients to creative their marvelous French cuisine and focus their efforts on delicate culinary creations. 
  The restaurant's decor matches the elegant food. The tables are set with crisp linen and shining crystal. Copies of paintings by Caravaggio and Watteau adorn the walls. Guests enjoy a romantic atmosphere with views of mountains and rose gardens. 
  The chef creates daily specials, but there is always the much-praised heavenly chocolate mousse on the menu.

DESCRIPTION:
    The Ark Restaurant has been serving local seafood and Northwest fare for more than 50 years. Its exquisite setting and fresh ingredients have given it a national reputation for outstanding cuisine. 
  The Ark Restaurant has produced three nationally-acclaimed cookbooks from recipes used in its kitchen.
  Specialties of the house include a garlic sampler plate with baked oysters Italian, calamari vinaigrette, whole heads of garlic, garlic cheese rosettes and marinated vegetables with basil aioli sauce for two. Along with its famous seafood entrees, the Ark also offers filet mignon, chicken and veal chops. 
  The wine list includes many Northwest regional wines, international selections and imported and domestic champagnes and sparkling wines.

  In the Shelburne Inn.

DESCRIPTION:
    The Shoalwater is situated in the Shelburne Inn, Washington's oldest continuously-running inn, built in 1896. The restaurant is considered one of the region's culinary treasures. Its cuisine is built on fresh, locally-harvested foods and the menu changes seasonally.
  The in-house bakery produces fresh breads and desserts and there are more than 500 wines in the cellar.
  Diners enjoy excellent views and a century-old art deco stained glass church window in the main dining room.
  The restaurant also features an English-style pub that offers several micro-brewery-produced beers and single-malt scotches.
  The restaurant has received rave reviews in regional and national publications, including Bon Appetit, Gourmet, Travel and Leisure and The Los Angeles Times.
  The restaurant, which opened in 1981, seats 85.
