  A WONDERFUL place to dine.  The atmosphere is warm & 
  friendly with just a touch of quaintness.  The food is 
  fantastic!  My favorite until last week was the Param 
  Shrimp & Chicken (with peanut sauce on a bed of fresh 
  spinach).  My son loves the spicy pepper pork.

  Last week we took a friend with us and he ordered the 
  Shrimp & Lime soup.  Yum!  He also got the Curried duck.  
  The sauce was made with a coconut milk and included basil 
  and fresh tomatoes.  It was so incredible I was

  *** $$$ I went to this delightful little place in Sunnyvale.
  It is small but pleasantly decorated.  Friendly staffs, excellent
  Yen Tar Pho (Thai Noodles with Squid) and Som Tum (Papaya Salad).
  Prices are reasonable and good size serving portions. 


Ben Hellmoldt wrote about a Thai Restaurant On Blossom Hill 
  Road in San Jose, between Camden and Union avenues. The 
  restuarant is actually easily reached of of the new highway 
  85 by taking the Camden avenue exit,. The prices are mostly 
  inexpensive with a couple moderate priced dishes, and the 
  owner of restuarant is a Bankok trained gourmet 
  chef. The dishes are always fresh, and this small homey
  restuarant has some fantastic dishes. Try their Thai Angel 
  wings, a appetizer for around five dollars, thai barbeque 
  chicken stuffed with fresh ingredients, topped off with 
  crunchy peanuts tand includes thier plum 
  (I will visit and find out the name of this restaurant - Jeri)

restaurants throughout the SF Bay area, goes to Sa Wooei. 
They are extremely accommodating and will prepare food for
farangs as hot as for their Thai customers (of whom there
are many).  They've introduced us to many dishes never 
seen elsewhere, like tiny fried fish, and durian with 
sticky rice.  Don't be misled by their rather ordinary-looking
menu -- a huge number of unlisted dishes are also available."
